Located in a historic 19th century home, Moxie’s original location is first and foremost a community bakery. That begins with our family of bakers, pastry chefs, baristas and front-of-house staff, as well as the producer partners who quite literally fuel our work.

On our menu, you’ll always find rustic breads, flaky pastries, sandwiches, espresso and tea, in addition to freshly milled flour for purchase. We also are proud to offer the best gluten-free bread we’ve ever tasted (and we’ve tasted a lot).

Beyond baked goods, we’re thrilled to partner with our friends at Color Coffee Roasters in Eagle, Colorado. Like Moxie, their work is the culmination of years of obsession, backyard tinkering and a desire to spread the gospel of delicious, high-quality ingredients. We’re lucky to work with these beans and are committed to serving you an impeccable cup of drip coffee or espresso. We also make all our simple-syrups in house, in flavors like vanilla bergamot or chocolate ganache.

You’ll also find a wide range of local and gourmet culinary products available through our onsite shop, from local kombucha to wine, liquors, meats, cheese, dried pasta and a multitude of other Moxie-approved products.
