If you’re already a Moxie fan, then you know live music—and specifically, the community created by live music—is a big part of what makes us tick. So when the opportunity to open a Moxie outpost in Lyons fell into our lap, we had to go for it. For those who haven’t visited this stunning little town with its rambling river and red rock vistas, it’s the home of the one and only festivarian headquarters, Planet Bluegrass, as well as countless beloved Colorado musicians.

For the decor in Lyons, we dug deep into the town’s creative vibe, reimagining this former convenience-store-turned-bike-shop as an oasis of reclaimed wood and Balinese imports. Always up for the mix and match, we then outfitted the space with an eye-catching, electric blue spaceship of an espresso machine, just to let you know we’re pretty serious about coffee.

Each day, we’ll feature a rotating selection of our signature pastries, breads and sandwiches, as well as curated picnic bags for hungry hikers en route to Rocky Mountain National Park. Last but not least, we’ll offer a small mercantile of local wares that celebrate the incredible artisans who make Lyons a truly inimitable foothills community.
