Important Update From Our Bread Team

Since opening two other locations and facing challenges of the pandemic, we had to make a decision to protect our baking team. Now that we have two baking facilities, we have the capability to improve our baking processes. We are ready to go back to how things used to be, and ensure the freshest product possible.

We are making some slight changes to our bread production. Beginning this week, we will be adjusting our bake times which means our bread will be ready for purchase a little later than you might be used to, but it will be fresh and baked with love. You may notice a slight difference in appearance of our loaves as well, as we have made a few changes to keep consistent as well as improve efficiency.

Bread will still be available for purchase online and in-person, and will be ready fresh out of the oven once again by noon in Louisville. We will be producing and delivering to Boulder and Lyons as well. Please direct any inquiries to info@moxiebreadco.com

As you know, our mission is and will always be to provide nourishment of the highest quality to our community. Thank you for your continued support, and please bear with us as we work through these initial kinks.

This immersive event is a summer camp for farmers, artisan makers, and every-day eaters to connect and learn more about the diversity of Colorado’s grain chain.

Through hands-on grain workshops, field tours with local experts, we will trace the grain value chain from farming, milling, to artisan baking, pie making, food culture, history and more! The experience will include delicious local food and a-maiz-ing opportunities to connect with rural links of the grain chain, while learning about food culture and history, biodiversity, and farming and culinary practices of local grains from spelt to blue corn!
