It's Pizza Night time again folks. Join us this Friday July 1'st in Louisville for good old fashioned pizza throw down in the back patio. We'll be doing an early (5 PM) and late seating (6:30 PM) as usual. Veg and GF options available, and kids under 12 eat free and don't need tickets. You can purchase tickets HERE.

You don't need to be an experienced baker to apply. Good attitude, attention to detail, a strong back and sense of urgency coupled with a love for what we do gets you an interview. We've seen lots of great bakers come from all walks of life including farming & gardening.

Did anyone get down to Telluride Bluegrass this year? What an amazing weekend.

Planet Bluegrass did it again, huge kudos to their team and Craig and Sally for making another round of memories for everyone.

I know I am biased but it needs to be acknowledged that Big Richard absolutely knocked our socks off. This all female quartet played main stage at 6 PM on Saturday and had everyone on their feet. Anyone remember back when Emma Rose used to be our barista in Lyons? Well, savor those memories cuz she's busy pulling bass strings more than espresso shots these days.
