Pizza is back, y Los Burros are here
We are trying to work in some fun new food into our slower days, and that means the return of deep dish black steel pizza. Only available on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for now.
And after a few years of contemplating burritos we've finally caved. I mean, who doesn't love a breakfast burro? We use aged cheddar, Masa Seed Fondation New Mexico Red Chili, organic eggs from Longmont, River Bear bacon from Denver and some gall dang tater tots. These are available Mon-Fri and we server them until 11 AM.
Chef Julien is introducing new King Cake flavors. Did anyone try the chestnut version? Today we will feature pistachio. Also available by the slice.
I'm not even sure what to say about this absolute pandemonium that is eroding our country at the moment. Here's what Neil Young posted to his site this week:
"I feel empathy for the people who have been so manipulated and had their beliefs used as political weapons. I may be among them. I wish internet news was two-sided. Both sides represented on the same programs. Social media, at the hands of powerful people – influencers, amplifying lies and untruths, is crippling our belief system, turning us against one another. We are not enemies. We must find a way home."

How about a little mainstream new country for ya today? This guy drops rhymes like Shakespeare, but with slightly different subject matter:
I've had a largemouth, bass bust my line
A couple of beautiful girls tell me goodbye
Trucks break down, dogs run off
Politicians lie, been fired by the boss
